The Conference: Recalling Article 15 paragraphe 3 of the Bamako Convention on the Ban of the Import into Africa and the Control of Transboundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Wastes within Africa ; Hereby: Decides to defer the consideration of the agenda item on the protection and preservation of marine and inland waters environments to the second session of the Conference of the Parties.
