As granted by the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2022/870 on temporary trade-liberalisation measures supplementing trade concessions applicable to Ukrainian products under the Association Agreement between the European Union and the EAEC and their Member States, in view of the armed conflict and humanitarian disaster in the territory of Ukraine, and in order to prevent and manage their consequences in Hungary, this Government Decree sets specific rules and measures related to the transport of certain agricultural products (list of sensitive regulated foodstuff is given in the Annex) from Ukraine. This Decree shall be in force until 30 June 2023.
