Article 3 of the above-mentioned Agreement establishes that considering their long-standing economic relations and the level of their economic, industrial, technical, and technological cooperation, the Parties have agreed that favourable conditions exist for a long-term cooperation in the following areas: agricultural engineering, forestry and water resources, agro-food industry, processing and storage of agricultural products, mining, raw and basic materials, energy industry including energy saving technologies, protection of the environment, nature, landscape and soil.
