This Resolution consisting of 4 articles aims at preventing electricity theft and theft of water by illegal means in new urban communities or in areas located on agricultural lands. It establishes that the electricity companies, drinking water and sanitation companies, and other facilities-based entities shall take the necessary measures. To this end, the aforementioned companies have the right to use whatever technical means, i.e. installing temporary code meters, or the implementation of administrative rulings and decisions and without any legal rights for violators.
