This Convention is divided into 14 articles. Articles 2 and 3 establish the duty of each Party to take measures against the use of drift nets, the transhipment of drift-net catches and other relevant activities within areas under their jurisdiction. Subsequent articles concern inter alia consultation with non-parties, enforcement, institutional arrangements, review and consultation among parties, protocols and final provisions.
