This Decree contains provisions on state aid provided to promote the rationalization of agriculture, in the form of a state guarantee for loans (loan guarantee) and state grants. Support is not provided for investments in enterprises with more extensive production of pigs, eggs, or broilers. State grants may be provided in connection with external rationalization for the cost of excess construction; land survey costs; and other costs associated with external rationalization, if special reasons exist. External rationalization refers to a change in the area or ownership arrangement of a farming unit that constitutes a suitable step in the establishment of the business and results in rationalization effects. A guarantee may be provided for loans taken out for the activities described in Section 13, including acquisition of agricultural property and purchase of agricultural equipment and working capital .
