This Decree determines the implementation of agricultural policy interventions as for the year 2023. These interventions are part of the strategic plan, which regulates the common agricultural policy in the programmed period from the year 2023 until the year 2027. this text further has the purpose of consequential implementation of related rules (animal health, animal production, farming and other) contained in several thematic EU legislative documents as listed in the first paragraph of article 1. Obligations of the beneficiary and publication of data are defined in article 3. Article 4 determines rules regarding the use of data deriving from the land identification system.
