These Regulations amend Regulation 6(1) of the Fisheries (PNA Third Implementing Arrangement) Regulations 2012 as regards the prohibition of deployment into the sea or servicing of a Fish Aggregating Device or any associated electronic equipment within the arrangement areas between indicated hours of days of a specified period during the year.
