This Government Decision establishes that when animals, plants, raw materials and products derived from them pass through state border points and customs, quarantine inspections are carried out for the presence of highly infectious animal diseases with international classification as "A" list. The purpose of this Regulation is to prevent and stop the entry and spread of infectious diseases transmitted from animals and animals to humans, foreign prohibited plant diseases, harmful insects, weeds, and rodents. The state inspector shall perform quarantine inspection. In the event that no violations are found during inspection and inspection, samples of animals, plants, and products shall be collected according to the standards and subjected to laboratory analysis at the customs office at the border point. In the event that the laboratory test does not reveal any prohibited items, the state inspector shall issue a veterinary and plant quarantine import certificate to the importing natural person and legal entity.
