This Law, which consists of three articles, amends the original Law by (i) adding a new Article 10 bis stating that the size, nature, and location of renewable energy facilities and systems, along with their electricity prices and licensing fees, will be determined by a new Regulation. However, these new rules will not apply to facilities and systems that were already operational before the amended law took effect; (ii) repealing and replacing Article 11 stating that the systems, equipment, and components for renewable energy and energy efficiency that are exempt from customs duties and subject to a zero-rate sales tax will be specified in the same regulation mentioned in the new Article 10 bis.
