By virtue of Section 6 paragraph one and Section 9 paragraph four of the Factory Act B.E. 2535 (1992) as amended by the Factory Act (No. 2) B.E. 2562 (2019), the Minister of Industry has issued this Ministerial Regulation. The Regulation requires factory operators to declare their compliance status with the Factory Act every three years.
Factory operators shall report their performance every three years by April of the following year from the due date in accordance with the formats and methods as defined by the Director-General of the Department of Industrial Work. Such formats and methods may be defined differently depending on the factory types and sizes. The performance report must include the result of compliance with the Factory Act of the factory that has been achieved by a factory operator for the past year with the certification of a private inspector.
