This Notification makes amendments regarding the fishing areas, prohibited fishing gears, cancellation of fishing permit of fishing vessels engaged in illegal fishing, protection of species, prohibition of fishing at a distance of less than 100 meters from the borders of the aquaculture facilities, and the implementation of binding decisions of the international organizations to which T rkiye is a party.
The provisions of this Notification are governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
