This Presidential Decree approves Measures for Tourism Planning ‘Planifica Turismo 2025-2027’. The Planifica Turismo 2025-2027 is a technical and guiding instrument of the Ministry of Tourism for the period 2025-2027, designed with the purpose of structuring, organising and boosting the sustainable development of Areas of Interest and Tourism Potential (AIPT). The Planning aims to ensure the effective implementation of the National Tourism Promotion Plan (PLANATUR), approved by Presidential Decree No. 69/24 of 11 March, anchored in the targets for the Tourism Sector established in the National Development Plan 2023-2027, approved by Presidential Decree No. 225/23 of 30 November, with a view to promoting balanced development that attracts investment, generates jobs and benefits local communities. The overall objective of PLANIFICA TURISMO is to ensure that each AIPT is equipped with tourism planning tools, promoting balanced development that attracts investment, generates jobs and benefits local communities, in line with PLANATUR guidelines.
