This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles, establishes conditions of breeding and fishing of other organisms living in water other than fish, crayfish and lampreys. Par. 2 provides of requireements for buildings and par. 3 methods of fishing such organisms, in particular plankton and benthos.
