This Regulation, as in accordance with the terms of the Law on genetically modified organisms, prescribes the necessary contents of the emergency plan in case of unintentional release of genetically modified organisms. Emergency response plan in case of unintentional release of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in the environment, is a document in which they are provided groups of methods, procedures and measures, developed and designed in order to limit and prevent the unintentional release of GMOs and their spread in the environment where the unintentional release of GMOs occurred and the prevention or restriction of deriving consequences for the environment and human health.
