This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down details on access to the database on products and packaging and on waste management, as well as the scope of rights for individual users. The scope of rights is specified in the Annex and provides information available in particular to individual ministers of Polish government.
