The Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 16 articles and eight Annexes, lays down: (1) the list of mushrooms authorized for marketing or production of mushroom preserves and foodstuffs containing poisonous mushrooms; (2) detailed requirements for the labeling of mushrooms and mushroom products; (3) the list and types of mushroom preparations admitted to trading and requirements that must be met by these preparations; (4) conditions for the purchase, storage and sale of mushrooms as well as technological requirements and conditions for mushroom processing; (5) templates of certificates for fresh mushrooms and dried mushrooms; (6) the conditions and procedure for obtaining qualifications of a mushroom classifier and mushroom expert, including framework curricula of specialized courses specialist; (7) the state provincial sanitary inspector competent for granting authorizations specified in point 6; (8) templates of mushroom classifier and mushroom expert certificates. The list of mushrooms authorized for marketing or production of mushroom preserves and foodstuffs containing mushrooms is specified in Annex 1. The list and types of mushroom products admitted to trading are set out in Annex 2.
