The Conference: Recalling Article 15.1 of the Bamako Convention on the Ban of the Import into Africa and the Control of Transboundary Movement and Management of Hazardous Wastes within Africa ; Bearing in mind Rule 2, Rule 3, Rule 5 and Rule 8 of the Rules of procedures adopted by the Conference; Taking note of the offer made by Cote d\'Ivoire to host the second Conference of the Parties; Considering the unanimous support provided to this proposal by the delegates to the first Conference of the Parties Hereby: Requests the Secretariat to convene the second meeting of the Conference of the Parties in March 2015 at Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire, subject to official confirmation by this Party.
