The Conference of the Parties, in Decision VC II/5 of its Second Meeting, decided to take note of the 1989 reports of the four assessment panels, established by the Parties to the Montreal Protocol in accordance with article 6 of the Protocol, and also the ongoing work of the panels in preparing supplementary reports for consideration by the Fourth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol to be held in 1992.
