The Fifteenth Meeting of the Parties decided in Dec. XV/50 to note with appreciation the assistance given by the Global Environment Facility to phase out ozone-depleting substances in countries with economies in transition, and the commitment by the Facility to continue providing in the future assistance to those countries with respect to all ozone-depleting substances.
