This Circular further clarifies and complements the Regulation prescribes rules for the labelling of goods manufactured in Vietnam as well as imported goods. "Goods" here includes raw and processed foodstuffs, and essential commodities. The Circular prescribes rule relative to the description of contents of goods in labels, including indications of appellation, name and address of trader, quantity, ingredients, origin, and quality indication criteria.
