Council Directive 2002/68/EC amending Directive 2002/57/EC on the marketing of seed of oil and fibre plants.

The present Directive lays down some amendments and addenda to Directive 2002/57/EC as regards the marketing of seed of oil and fibre plants within the Community. In accordance with new article 19a, Member States shall permit the placing on the market of seed of species of oil and fibre plants in the form of a varietal association (which is defined under paragraph 2 of the same article).
