This Decree regulates fishing for the fish species Greenland halibut, blue ling, white ling, red fish and sculpins between the 62nd and the 65th parallel. It shall be prohibited to fish with nets for blue ling and Greenland halibut in the period of 1 September until 30 April of each fishing year. Section 3 requires the smoking of nets every second day and the removal of lose parts. Section 4 places limits on fishing with nets and fish pots in specified areas. The Director of Fisheries may issue directives regarding enforcement. (7 sections)
