This Decree prohibits in principle fishing for shrimps in 2003 in specified areas of the North Sea and the Skagerrak (art. 1). Article 2 however specifies catch quotas to be used in certain periods by vessels that fulfil those conditions for participation in fishing for shrimps set out in article 4. Remaining provisions concern transfer of quotas attached to a vessel, days that fishing is prohibited, stop on fishing to be decreed by the Director of Fisheries, other directions to be given by the
