Under section 7 of the North-West Frontier Province Protection of Trees and Brushwood Act, 1949, the Provincial Government may make further rules for purposes of the Act. These Rules prohibit cutting, sawing, processing or removal of trees and timber from protected forests, except as provided for in these Rules.
