This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of allocation of subsidies out of local budgets for promotion of pedigree stockbreeding and raising productivity and quality of animal production. Subsidies shall be allocated within the limits of available finances destined for support of the national producers of agricultural commodities, natural and legal persons performing animal reproduction with the use of pedigree stud bulls in public herds formed by private livestock, state veterinary organizations and suppliers of artificial insemination services with a view of increase of pedigree stock and reproduction and production qualities of livestock. Selection and pedigree activity shall be subject to allocation of state subsidies.
