This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of technical operation, inspection and repairs of waterworks and, in particular, dikes and sluices. Inspection of waterworks shall be performed by a commission and the outcome shall be legalized in the form of inspection report reflecting assessment of technical state of waterworks. Repairs plan shall contain planned work for technical servicing of waterworks, including current repairs, thorough overhaul, reconstruction and remodelling.
