Nomination of the Malta Resources Authority as the Competent Authority (L.N. No. 172 of 2002).

Pursuant to section 6 of the Environment Protection Act, 2001 the Minister of Home Affairs and the Environment has nominated the Malta Resources Authority as the competent authority to carry out the functions of the Competent Authority under the Quality required of Surface Water intended for the Abstraction of Drinking Water Regulations, 2001 (L.N. No. 339 of 2001).
