This Order establishes the modalities of registration of mortgage of livestock. Registration shall be kept in the database containing information on mortgage of agricultural animals and particulars of mortgage contract, specifying contracting parties. Only animals that have passed state identification through marking shall be subject to mortgage operations. Registry authority shall issue to the applicant mortgagor mortgage certificate. The Order contains the forms of mortgage contract and mortgage certificate.
