Ordinance amending the Ordinance implementing regulations on the common organisation of the market in wine.

The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Ordinance implementing regulations concerning the common organization of the market in wine (BGBl. II No. 328/2000). For example, article 9 dealing with payments made by “Agrarmarkt Austria” (AMA) is amended, as well as article 17 concerning subsidies.
