Ordinance amending the Plant Protection Ordinance – Wood.

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Plant Protection Ordinance – Wood (BGBl. II No. 319/2001). Articles 1 to 6 dealing with putting into circulation certain organisms, protective measures for import from third countries, fight against harmful organisms, etc. are reworded.
