This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 18 articles and two Annexes, lays down: requirements for vegetable seed and seedlings to be satisfied for their marketing; requirements on the characteristics and quality of vegetable seed and seedling; requirements for the production of vegetable seed and seedlings; conditions of importation of vegetable seed and seedlings from countries which are not European Union member states; details on the packaging and labeling of packages of vegetable seed
