This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation of School Feeding to be applied within the Angolan territory. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes norms and requirements for preparation, attribution and controls to be carried out on school feeding and defines responsibilities of the State authorities and Committeee of the country, entitled for the educational sector in the implementation of the School Feeding Programme (PME), according to Law No. 13/01 of 31 December.
