The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Salzburg Fishery Law 2002 (LGBl. No. 81/2002). The text consists of 13 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Aquatic animals (1); Fishery test and vocational training of fishery supervising personnel (2); Running of the Fishery Register (3); Recognition of equality of certain fishing tests (4); Entry into force and repeal, transitional provisions (5).
