This Sub-Decree provides for general rules for the hygiene of products intended for human consumption.
The Sub-Decree provides for rules regarding: food production buildings; premises where food products are prepared, treated or processed; means of transportation for food products; hygiene measures; equipment used for food production; management of solid and liquid wastes and filthy water; water supply; staff hygiene; raw materials and ingredients for producing food; markets and distribution activities; etc.
