The amendments here made to the principal Act deal with various matters including: temporary protection of game (sect. 4); sanctuaries (sect. 6); prohibition of hunting and dealing in specially protected and royal game (sect. 8); licences to hunt game during open season (sect. 9); illegal hunting of game or possession of trophy, confiscation and disposal of arms, ammunition, etc (sect. 12); use of aeroplanes (sect. 13); privileges and rights of landowners, etc (sect. 15); free permits (sect. 16)
