Takes note of the note by the Secretariat on the work of the Committee for Administering the Mechanism for Promoting Implementation and Compliance of the Basel Convention and the recommendations therein (1) and welcomes the work undertaken by the Committee since the eleventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties;
