Decision No.(1) of 1998 concerning the Environmental Impact Assessment of the projects

The decision has been established number of procedures and process to conduct the requested EIA for any projects in Bahrain, also it has been identified the competent governmental authority to deal with such EIA’s studies.
An annex of the mandatory projects which required EIA’s studies had been attached to the decision.
