This Act amends the Environmental Levy Act 2015. The modifications are, among others, the title of the Environment Act and the definitions. Several new parts are also inserted: part 3 - Imposition of environmental and climate adaptation levy on prescribed items; part 4 - Imposition of environment and climate adaptation levy on prescribed income; part 5 - Environment and climate adaptation fund.
