DENR Administrative Order No.15 of 2017 (Guidelines on Public Participation under the Philippine Environmental Impact System)

This Order establishes guidelines on Public Participation under the Philippine Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) System. It provides: (i) the principles, the objectives, and the scope of public participation; (ii) the requirements and procedures for the integration of public participation in the conduct of a environmental impact assessment (EIA) study; (iii) the requirements for the integration of public participation in the review and evaluation of a EIA report; (iv) the requirements for the integration of public participation in the implementation of a project; and (v) grievance redress mechanisms.
