The Customs (Prohibition of Exports) Order 2017 includes three schedules: i) First schedule - Goods for which the exportation is absolutely prohibited; ii) Second schedule - Goods for which the exportation is prohibited except under an export licence; iii) Third schedule, part 1 - Goods for which the exportation is prohibited except in the manner provided in the schedule; part 2 - Goods for which the exportation is prohibited except if the exportation is allowed under the International Trade in Endangered Species Act 2008.
