Due to the presence of the Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle (Guam Type), the Declaration of Biosecurity (Emergency Area) Order 2017 is extended. The whole of the Solomon Islands is declared as a Biosecurity Emergency Area for a period of six months.
Apparently subsequently extended by the Biosecurity Act 2013 - Declaration of Biosecurity Emergency Area (Solomon Islands) Order 2018 - LN 51, 2018.
