The Regulations amend the principal regulation by adding that, for purposes of avoidance of doubt, only the Constituency shall have the right to do any of these activities that is to enter, cut, fell, skid, haul, grade, bond, and load to freighters tubi species within any mining tenement area in the Choiseul and Isabel Provinces respectively; that the Constituency shall be the only authority allowed under this regulation to export tubi; and that the Commissioner of Forest shall issue export permit to the Constituency on the advice of the Minister for purposes of exporting tubi round logs under this particular regulation.
