The objective of the Sub-Decree is to identify forest and non-timber forest products allowed to be exported and imported. The Sub-Decree provides, among others, i) the list of products allowed to be exported and imported; and ii) the products that require an export license and a visa.
Relevant to trade, import, export and import - lists, amongst other things, species or parts thereof of wild flora which may not be exported.
