The Ministerial Decree provides that: (i) the importation of all kinds of all species of domestic, wild and ornamental living birds, their products and their offal is temporarily prohibited from the Czech Republic due to the appearance of infectious cases of Bird Flu disease; (ii) the Animal Wealth Department of the Minister of Environment and Water should coordinate with the concerned authorities in the United Arab Emirates to put into effect the provisions of this decree.
