The administrative decision provides that: (i) the importation of all living species of birds and their products from state of Texas in the United States of America is banned, in view of the Ministry's concern over the safety of man and animal in the country against any transpondery or contagious diseases especially zoonotic ones; (ii) the director of animal health shall coordinate with the concerned bodies in the country to carry out this decision.
