The meeting will consider the issue of the payment of national contributions to the Multilateral Fund in 2021 by some parties. 2.00 to 4.00 p.m. and from 4.30 to 6.30 p.m. (Nairobi time (UTC + 3)) (see the time zones list below) 

Online forum: Replenishment (ExMOP4)

The dedicated forum with a separate tab for Replenishment (ExMOP4) has been established (for access click here) to facilitate parties’ preparations for the online ExMOP4 meeting on replenishment.

Parties may wish to review and comment on a draft decision proposed by some parties on the payment of national contribution for 2021 to the Multilateral Fund.

The tab opened on 12 April and will close to comments on 3 May (this deadline has been extended to 10 May)

Test sessions

A number of quality assurance test sessions will be scheduled prior to the meetings. We encourage you to attend one of the test sessions to check and address any connectivity issues in advance of the meeting. • The test sessions will be run in English only;
• Apple Safari browser is not supported;
• Google Chrome is recommended; Mozilla Firefox and Edge are also supported but update to the latest version;

• Participants can join any test session but if there are too many people, then you may need to queue.
  
  When logging in you will be asked to complete the fields for your username.
   
• For parties, name should be filled in by country/party, then your full given names, for example:

• For observers, the organization’s name should be added as a prefix, for example:

Credentials of parties’ representatives

Rule 18 of the rules of procedure for the meetings provides that the credentials of representatives and the names of alternate representatives and advisers are to be submitted to the Executive Secretary of the meeting, if possible not later than twenty hours after the opening of the meeting. Any later change in the composition of a delegation is also to be submitted to the Executive Secretary. Accordingly, credentials are required for participation in the online meeting and should be issued either by the Head of State or Government or by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or, in the case of a regional economic integration organization, by the competent authority of that organization. In view of the meeting being held online, parties should submit the signed and scanned credentials by email to Mr. Gilbert Bankobeza (Gilbert.Bankobeza [at] un.org (Gilbert[dot]Bankobeza[at]un[dot]org)) any time before the commencement of the meeting and if possible not later than twenty-four hours after the meeting is opened. The officers of the meeting shall thereafter examine the credentials and submit their report to the meeting. Whenever possible before or after the meeting, the original copies of credentials may be forwarded to the Secretariat through diplomatic channels or by mail.
