The Open-ended Working Group

1. Takes note of the information provided by Parties and observers concerning activities aimed at addressing issues related to waste containing nanomaterials;

2. Invites Parties and observers to make available to the Secretariat, by 31 December 2026, any new information related to activities aimed at addressing issues related to waste containing nanomaterials, including case studies and best practices relating to the management of such waste;
