This Chapter concerns loan mediation programmes and the requirements each State must meet to be considered qualifying State. The Chapter provides for: general and specific requirements, including: wetland determination, compliance with farm and conservation programmes, agricultural credit, rural water loan programmes, grazing on National forest system land, pesticide use, land leases and equipment leases, family farm transition; persons eligible for mediation; financial assistance to States; role of federal agencies and farm credit administration.
