The present Act introduces some amendments to the Environment Protection Act (LGBl, 2008, No. 199). In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 50a concerning activities in the sphere of waste disposal; article 50b on Deposit, acceptance and transport of CO2; article 75, paragraph 2, dealing with provisions of the Data Protection Act.
